AVAILABLE FOR PRIVATE CLASSES Presently we are teaching on a private and small group basis. We are happy to teach at your location, for six or eight week sessions. Please call 908.303.6542 for information and scheduling.
Our Hatha Yoga practice is based on the Himalayan Tradition and guides students in the ancient practices in a loving non-competitive environment. Our primary focus is on breath, guiding one's prana, or life force, spinal health, and meditation. South Main Center is a member of the Himalayan Yoga Meditation Society of New Jersey. Class packages are priced to accomodate the number and needs of the group.
Basics of Yoga Learn a simple daily practice for your healthy living, wake up and center! May include Sun Salutations. All of our classes are a prelude to systematic relaxation and guided Meditation taught in the Himalayan Tradition
Gentle Yoga Movements and breath management designed to stimulate initial flexibility with a focus on the joints & glands, based on the series designed by H.H. Sri Swami Rama of the Himalayas.
