A premiere yoga center in downtown Phillipsburg New Jersey, our goal is to promote and instruct yoga and its related traditions. Hosting an arts and gift gallery, the center also provides a venue for art appreciation in order to cultivate and support local and international artists in our community.

South Main Center Arts & Yoga will focus mainly on providing yoga and meditation instruction to new and experienced yoga students. Occasionally, there will be health and/or meditation seminars, featuring internationally noted, as well as local guest speakers. Nutrition snacks and beverages are available in addition to yoga supplies, mats, straps, audio and visual yoga educational materials and books.
